Our rental prices are event-based (1 to 14 days max.), do you need longer term rental? Check with our team to get a custom pricing.
There is no minimum order quantity, but a surcharge may apply for small or last-minute bookings.
All prices listed on our website are exclusive of VAT. The standard 21% VAT will be added to your invoice if applicable.
Yes, we provide volume discounts. Contact us for a custom quote.
For large trade fairs, we recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure availability.
Modifications to your orders are normally free of charge, except major changes
Our standard payment terms are 30 days from invoice date. For new customers, a deposit may be required
Yes, for EU-based customers with a valid VAT number, we can issue an intra-Community invoice (0% VAT).
We accept bank transfers based on the invoice.
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation via email within 24 hours, including all details of your booking.
Cancellations up to 30 days before delivery are free of charge. After this period, cancellation fees (25–50% of the rental price) apply.
Yes, rush orders are subject to a surcharge.
Contact our customer service team to extend your rental over 14 days. A quote will be made for the Additional days
