How much power does the lighting of an average Expo Gamma display case consume?

Our LED lighting consumes 10–20W per display case, depending on the model.

What type of plug do the display cases have, and how long is the power cable?

Our display cases use standard Schuko plugs (Type F) and come with a 1-meter power cable.

Do I need to provide my own extension cords and power outlets at the booth?

Yes, you are responsible for providing sufficient power outlets at your booth.

Can multiple display cases be daisy-chained to a single power outlet?

Yes, multiple display cases can share one power outlet, provided the total power load is not exceeded.

Are the spotlights in the display cases manually adjustable to focus on exhibits?

Yes, some of the LED spotlights in our display cases are manually adjustable for optimal exhibit lighting.

Are the display cases delivered with a manual for adjusting shelves?

No, a manual is not required as our showcases come preconfigured and adjusting the height is a straightforward proces

Can I add extra LED lighting or pop-up displays inside the display case?

No, adding extra lighting or displays is not permitted for safety reasons. You can however add extra lighting around the cases.

What should I do if the lighting in a display case isn’t working upon delivery?

Are the display cases certified according to safety and electrical standards?

Yes, all our display cases comply with European safety and electrical standards (CE, VDE).

How much heat do the spotlights in the display case generate?

Our LED spotlights generate minimal heat, making them safe for temperature-sensitive exhibits.
